Girls, we all know that when it comes to our hair, we’re never satisfied. Whether it’s length, thickness, or color. As soon as we change it to one style we’re tempted to change it to another or we regret changing it in the first place and wish we could back to old hair.  While it’s simply not possible to get a new hair style every few weeks, there are a few things we can do to make sure that we have strong, healthy hair naturally. Having strong, healthy hair that grows quickly makes it easier to change your hair more often. It will grow back quickly if you cut it. It won’t be easily damaged by highlights, colors, or heat styling, and it’ll feel and look better overall. Here are three tips we love for getting our hair in tip top condition!
1) Massage your scalp with warm oil
Massaging your scalp with an oil such as coconut or olive oil is said to make your hair grow faster because it promotes circulation in the scalp and it brings nutrients from the oils that are needed to make your hair grow closer to the roots. Give this method a try once a week and your hair will be growing faster in no time!
2) Trim your ends frequently!
This tip definitely seems counter intuitive but it’s so true. If we cut our hair frequently, it’s much more likely to grow back thicker and stronger. Our hair grows from our roots so when we’re cutting our ends we’re cutting off the oldest, driest, and most damaged part of our ends. It makes our thicker and it actually promotes healthy hair growth. Get a trim every 6 – 8 weeks and you’ll see the results for yourself!

3) Use an egg mask
When it comes to hair growth, one thing stands out. The more nutrients you provide to your hair the more likely it will be to grow quickly. Nutrients promote growth and that’s why they’re necessary to grow your hair. What better place is there to find nutrients than eggs? Take an egg and beat in a bowl so that the yolk and the white combine. Add in a tablespoon of olive oil and lavender oil and apply to your hair for 20 – 30 minutes. And remember to wash out the mixture with cool water to prevent the egg from cooking in your hair!
